1. Who are we?

We are Logisnext Finland Oy (“LFI”) with registered office at Vanha Porvoontie 229 A, 01380 Vantaa, Finland. We are part of the Logisnext Europe B.V. (“LNE”) group with its registered office at Hospitaalsdreef 29, 13th floor, 1315 RC Almere, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data. LFI, together with LNE, administers and manages the website, social media and the central customer database for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). The Data Controller is hereinafter referred to as “LFI” or “we”. You can contact us via marketing@logisnext.eu.

LNE is an international trading company that unites the strength and heritage of some of the world’s biggest names in technology and technology. We offer the material handling and logistics markets a comprehensive range of advanced counterweight and warehouse products, intelligent solutions and customer-focused services under our various brands.

2. Types of personal data we process

We collect and process the following categories of personal data in connection with the services we offer:

  • Identification information: Name, employer, job title and other identifying information. When you register for one of our online services, we collect information such as company, job title, name and other necessary information.
  • Contact information: Telephone number, email address and other contact information. This may include address, telephone number, email address and other work-related contact information.
  • Communication with you: Emails and online communication. We record your communication with us when you send emails or communicate with us via social media.

  • Geographical location: With your permission, we may receive information about your geographical location.
  • Social media: Data from social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Google Plus. We only use this information to communicate with you and for statistical surveys.
  • Information that you share with us: For example, when you apply for a vacancy, send your CV, fill in email preferences, write a comment on Facebook or participate in a customer survey.

3. How we collect your data

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Directly from you: When you share personal preferences or communicate with us via email, social media or online.
  • Via other group companies: For example, in connection with your interaction with other group companies.
  • From business partners: Companies that we work with may share your data with us if this is necessary to provide services.
  • From social networks: Depending on your settings, we may receive information from social networks such as LinkedIn.

4. Purpose of the use of your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

General: We use automated tools to conduct statistical surveys of general trends in the use of our services, websites, apps and social media, as well as the behaviour and preferences of our customers and users.

Data categories: The information we use for our surveys includes your postal code and country of residence, technical information from your visits to our websites, data collected through cookies, personal preferences and interests, and information that you share with us online or via social media. We only use aggregated data that is not linked to your name or email address.

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in using your personal data for statistical surveys. We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in developing better services and offers for our customers, improving our products and optimising the design and content of our websites and mobile apps. To protect your privacy, we only use aggregated data that is not linked to your name or email address. Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for statistical surveys at any time for reasons relating to your specific situation (see the section “Your rights”).

We use the aggregated survey results to identify general trends in the use of our products, services and tools. This helps us develop better products, services and offers, improve our customer service and optimise the design and content of our websites. 4.2 Legal basis

We collect, use and store your personal data to provide services, fulfil agreements, comply with statutory obligations, protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties, or based on your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by following the specific instructions relating to the processing, changing your settings (if available) or contacting us (see the section “Your rights”).

If you refuse to provide the personal data required to fulfil an agreement or comply with a statutory obligation, we may not be able to provide all of the services or parts of the services you have requested. If, for example, you have lost your order details and do not want to provide us with the necessary information, we may not be able to find your order in our systems.

When we process your personal data based on our legitimate interests or those of third parties, we have weighed these interests against your legitimate interests. We have taken appropriate measures to limit the consequences and prevent undue harm. Our legitimate interests may include security purposes or providing better services and offers. 5. Disclosure or sharing of data with third parties

5.1 General: As a general rule, we do not sell or share your personal data outside LFI. However, we do transfer or share data with the following categories of recipients for the stated purposes:

  • Group companies: We may share data with our group companies. If, for example, you send us an email about a matter concerning one of our sister companies, we will forward your enquiry to the relevant sister company.
  • Support services: We use third parties to provide our services, such as IT providers, social network providers, advertising agencies, credit and payment card providers and fraud screening service providers. These third parties are required to protect your personal data and only process it in accordance with our instructions.
  • Business partners: We work with other companies, such as dealers and distributors, to provide certain services. In this context, we share your data with them. Please note that these companies often have their own privacy policies, which you should review to understand how they use your personal data.
  • Statistical surveys: We use third-party software such as Google Analytics for statistical surveys. These platforms also have access to the data they collect. See their privacy policies for information about how they use your personal data.
  • Website features: We use third-party services to provide various features and content on our websites, such as Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo and ISSUU.   • Changes in ownership: If LFI undergoes a merger, acquisition or transfer, your personal data may be transferred to the new entity.

We also work with Leadoo Marketing Technologies Oy, which provides our live chat function so that you can contact us directly via the website. When you use the chat, Leadoo processes your messages and contact details on our behalf in accordance with our instructions.

5.2 Public authorities

If required by law, we collect and share your identification information with public authorities or government entities.

5.3 Third-party websites

Our websites contain links to third-party websites. If you follow these links, you leave our websites. Although we carefully select these third-party websites, we cannot be responsible for their use of your personal data. See the privacy policy on the website you visit for further information.

6. Security and storage

6.1 LFI ensures that your personal data is protected through appropriate technical and organisational measures. This protects your data against unauthorised or unlawful use, alteration, access or disclosure, as well as against accidental or improper destruction and loss.

6.2 Your personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy, or for as long as necessary to comply with statutory obligations and resolve any disputes.

7. International transfer of data

7.1 LFI may transfer your personal data to countries outside your home country, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). This happens as part of our services or because our group companies, partners or service providers operate globally. The legislation in these countries may not provide the same protection for your personal data.

7.2 LFI ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to meet the requirements for international transfers of personal data under applicable data protection legislation. LFI may use Commission-approved standard contractual clauses as safeguards when transferring personal data outside the EEA (cf. Article 46 GDPR).

8. Your rights

Right of access: You can request information about whether we process your personal data and obtain access to this data in the form of a copy. We also provide additional information, such as the purpose of the processing and the relevant data categories.

Right to rectification: You have the right to have your data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. We will correct inaccurate data and supplement incomplete data, where appropriate by adding a supplementary explanation.

Right to erasure: You have the right to have your personal data erased in certain cases under Article 17 GDPR. This includes situations where the data is no longer necessary for the original purposes or where it has been processed unlawfully. Please note that deleting backups may take time.

Right to restriction of processing: You can request that the processing of your data be restricted in certain situations, for example if you dispute the accuracy of the data. We will continue to store your data but will not process it further until the restriction is lifted.

Right to data portability: You can request that your personal data be provided to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have it transferred directly to another controller where technically possible.

Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the processing is based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to object to direct marketing at any time and free of charge.

You can object, at any time and free of charge, to direct marketing where your personal data is processed for such purposes. This includes profiling purposes to the extent that they are related to direct marketing. If you exercise this right, we will no longer process your personal data for such purposes.

8.2 You can withdraw your consent at any time by following the specific instructions relating to the processing, changing your settings (if available) or contacting our Data Protection contact.

8.3 Under certain circumstances, we may refuse or restrict your rights as described above. We will carefully assess each request and inform you of our decision.

For example, we may refuse your request for access if this is necessary to protect the rights and freedoms of others, or we may refuse to erase your data if we are required to retain it to comply with statutory obligations.

9.1 This privacy policy was last updated on 23 September 2026 and replaces previous versions. We may amend this policy from time to time and will inform you of material changes by publishing the revised policy on our website or via our apps before these changes take effect.
